How long do you take to set up the photo booth or studio booth?

The photo booth and selfie pod only take 45 minutes to set up but we will always arrive at the venue 60-120 mins prior to operation.

What time will you arrive at the venue?

60 – 120 minutes prior to operation of the photo booth.

Can we request an earlier set up?

You are welcome to request an earlier set-up. As much as we always try to accommodate this is also dependent on other bookings and operational requirements.

What is Idle time?

Idle time is an additional service offered with a small fee whereby the photo booth structure remains un-operational for a specified period of time until needed for operation again. E.g. The photo booth will be operational for a cocktail hour between 17:00 – 18:00, then idle during formalities from 18:00 – 20:00, then be operational again from 20:00 – 23:00

Can we add hours on during the course of the event?
This is usually quite a common request when the hosts see how much the booth is being enjoyed by their guests. This is usually not a problem but the operator will first confirm with the operations manager.
What is required from the venue or the host?

We require a 3mx3m space.

The surface should be level and undercover, sheltered from all-natural factors such as wind and rain.

A plug point should be provided within 5m of the required operation space for the photo booth or selfie booth.

What happens if the photos don’t print?

In the unlikely event that there is technical or electrical difficulty your photos will be delivered to you within 7 days of your event.

How many photos can be captured in an hour of photo booth operation?

This is all dependent on how quickly your guests move through the photo booth or selfie booth.  On average the full process from entering to print is approximately 1 minute per session.

When do I receive my DVD with digital prints?

Your DVD with all photos on will be handed to you on the night of your event.  In the unlikely event that you do not receive this, we will ensure it is delivered within 7 days of your event.

How do I Secure my booking?

Once you have received your quote a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and rate.

What happens if need to cancel or if I need to move my date?
A formal request can be submitted to the Head office. The deposit is strictly non-refundable, but in the event of your data being moved, we will always try to accommodate bearing in mind that this will be subject to the availability of your new requested date.
